Laminated zipper bags made of mono-material PE have relatively special characteristics in the bag making process. At the beginning, when everyone tried PE//PE material structure, there were significant difficulties in the bag making process, even if it was a three sided sealed bag, because the stretchability and melting properties of PE itself made it difficult to control the bag making process of this type of material. After modifying the surface layer PE, its temperature resistance, stiffness, and high-temperature shrinkage were improved, and the surface layer PE was endowed with a temperature resistance level similar to BOPP at high temperatures. The outer PE should be melted at high temperatures as much as possible, while the melting temperature of the PE on the inner layer should be minimized as much as possible. At the same time, the zipper should also use a low-temperature type, so that the three are a better match. Once the three are not well matched, it is easy to have weak heat sealing or PE surface layer being crushed during the bag making process, and even the inner PE layer may be pressed through, which may lead to stretching and deformation of the bag sealing edge.
