A Spout Pouch is a preformed pouch in which a spout has been fitted. It is a resealable pouring, drinking or dispensing hard plastic spout that is already been sealed in the pouch. This is a type of flexible packaging that’s customizable and versatile. Normally it is for liquid packaging to replace rigid packaging.
Stand up pouches are the most often used for Spout Pouches. But we can also see shaped pouch, flat pouch, quad seal pouch and flat bottom pouch to be used in Spout pouch.
Recyclable Spout Pouch is the spout pouch made by 100% fully recyclable materials. Normally it is mono PE or mono PP materials. The common film structures as below:
