LongdaPac recycles flexible packaging plastic from the food supply chain for the first time and uses it as raw material to create new, certified food grade recycled packaging, gradually expanding its scale.
In other words, Longdapac is launch the 100% recyclable mono-material PCR PE pouches. This new product combine with PCR PE materials and mono-material PE concept to make it with both 100% recyclable and PCR comparable.

A key challenge facing the plastic circular economy in the food industry is that there are strict hygiene and performance standards for packaging materials used to protect food. These high standards are difficult to meet by materials recycled through traditional methods, and innovative solutions beyond traditional mechanical recycling methods are urgently needed for the recycling and reuse of key packaging materials.Longdapac with a certified circular economy system based on advanced recycling technology and quality balance attribution, with the aim of increasing the utilization of recycled materials. Flexible plastic packaging will be designed as a new food packaging that can be collected, recycled, and reused. This project will help prevent used flexible packaging plastics from being buried, increase the frequency of plastic recycling, and ensure the safety and quality of packaged food.
