An innovative recyclable PE Mono material structure Stand up Pouch was launched in Longdapac won the China Packaging Award for Sustainable Development on September 13, 2023.
In recognition of the breakthrough development of fully recyclable PE mono-material stand up pouch developed through Longdapc. This product has won one of only four gold awards out of 34. This packaging bag uses the latest polymers, inks, functional coatings, composite adhesives, and bag making technology. This innovative product has high oxygen barrier performance, excellent packaging effect, and shelf appeal, and can almost colorless recycle PE polymer after removing printing ink and oxygen barrier coating.
According to the judging panel of this year’s awards, “This technology can achieve high-quality recycled flexible packaging for inner printing laminated flexible packaging products after recycling, setting a milestone on the path towards a circular economy

This product demonstrates that the functionality and performance of packaging do not necessarily have to be sacrificed to achieve recyclability
