The composite film structure barrier also fully meets the requirement of less than 0.5. It is the best choice for replacing aluminum foil with three-layer composite structure food and drug packaging in dry category, especially suitable for products with high moisture resistance requirements. VMCPP’s super strong aluminum plating and ultra-high barrier VMCPP: aluminum layer adhesion>6N, oxygen resistance<15, water resistance<0.3, composite film water resistance performance is even below 0.1. It can not only meet the barrier requirements of OPP/VMCPP two-layer polyolefin material structure replacing the traditional OPP/VMPET/CPP three-layer structure composite film, but also has much better moisture resistance than the three-layer structure of VMPET high barrier aluminum plating film, especially suitable for product packaging with higher moisture resistance requirements and affecting taste. VMCPP double-sided corona super strong aluminum coating and ultra-high barrier aluminum film: In addition to all the main properties of the super strong aluminum coating and ultra-high barrier VMCPP introduced above, it also has double-sided corona function, which can replace the coated high barrier VMOPP in the middle layer. The OPP/VMCPP/CPP single material structure replaces the OPP/VMPET/PE structure, and the composite structure has outstanding barrier performance, with oxygen resistance<3 and water resistance less than 0.1, but its price is only about half of the coated VMOPP, providing more choices for flexible packaging customers and offering a cost-effective solution for the development of single materials in the industry.
